Royal Mail seem to find it’s way to upset thousands of it’s customers for another day by leaving them with no access to it’s on-line services. They manage their customer enquires from their Twitter account https://twitter.com/#!/RoyalMail.

Royal Mail is widely known for being the worst mail delivery service in Europe, it delivers letters by 3pm unlike rest of Europe where letters are delivered by 10 am.

Now it will be known for its terrible website, for comparison see Deutsche Post website, it’s simple and reliable http://www.deutschepost.de/dpag?lang=de_EN.

Unfortunately Royal Mail decided to improve their near perfect website. Their new price finder requires  twice as many clicks to get the price of a letter or package. Obviously it would have to work to do that but currently once you will go through all those steps which can take today up to 10 minutes – in the end website hangs anyway. We have called Royal Mail customer service and they said “We are apologise all customers who cannot access the website today, we are working to resolve this issue in near future”.

After DDoS attck on our UK hosting provider we were forced to move our website to US. Fortunately we have backed up all of it on time. Thanks to our sponsor Pitersen which is Construction Recruitment Agency we were able get very fast server this time.
