Royal Mail website problem
Unfortunately Royal Mail decided to improve their near perfect website. Their new price finder requires twice as many clicks to get the price of a letter or package. Obviously it would have to work to do that but currently once you will go through all those steps which can take today up to 10 minutes – in the end website hangs anyway. We have called Royal Mail customer service and they said “We are apologise all customers who cannot access the website today, we are working to resolve this issue in near future”.
